How is a facility location decision made with AHP and TOPSIS?
Facility location is a classic multi-criteria problem whose criteria conflict by construction. The study applies AHP for criteria weighting and TOPSIS for ranking alternatives, worked through a plastic goods manufacturer.
Weighting the criteria is the real decision, taken before the decision.
