How do you trust nodes in distributed AI computation?
The obstacle to opening high-performance computing to a distributed pool is not capacity but trust: how do you know a node did the work? This preprint proposes a reward-incentivised, sustainable cluster computing design built on a Bayesian time-decay trust mechanism.
In distributed computing the scarce resource is not compute but verifiable trust.
