How is corporate reputation measured in the age of social media?
Corporate reputation is a construct whose measurement tools were built in the mass-media era; social media changed the assumptions those tools rest on. The study examines how reputation takes shape in the Turkish banking sector under those conditions.
Reputation is no longer what the firm says; it is what is said about it.
