Is the learning organisation scale valid in a Turkish sample?

Translating an instrument developed elsewhere does not make it valid; whether the same structure emerges has to be tested. The study examines learning-organisation characteristics in Turkish companies and validates the scale in that sample.

Translation is not adaptation. Adaptation requires evidence of validity.
