How does job insecurity affect stress and job satisfaction?
Logistics is one of the sectors where job insecurity is most visible, given fluctuating demand and flexible employment. This empirical study examines the relationships between job insecurity, job-related stress and job satisfaction within that setting.
Insecurity does not lower satisfaction directly; it raises stress first.
