How does trust affect job satisfaction during mergers?

In a merger, the employee's attachment to the old organisation breaks before a new one has formed. The study examines the effect of trust on job satisfaction and the mediating role of new organisational identification.

A merger's success is read not in the balance sheet but in who trusts whom.
