Pilot Psychometric Assessment Platform (v11)

Production-grade psychometrics platform for pilot and broader personality/competency assessment, with Firebase-backed admin and candidate apps, MFC/SJT/Likert core, an admin-configurable composition with five v11 modules (Ranking, Adjective Pairs, Adjective Checklist, Point Allocation, Cognitive Reflection), validity checks, a cognitive-overload game, and a 34-block MFC generation pipeline. Eleven web iterations tracked (v1 → v11 beta), native macOS app build, multiple cognitive-game versions, weighted composite scoring with auto-rebalance, and SEED coverage of D1–D8 dimensions.
