How does crew planning differ between a flag carrier and a low-cost airline?

Crew planning is where an airline's business model becomes most concrete: flight duty period limits are the same for everyone, but how you work inside them is not. This comparative study examines crew planning at the Turkish flag carrier and at a low-cost airline.
