Manipulation-resistant carbon exchange simulator and sovereign hedge dashboard for Turkey's pilot Emissions Trading System (2026–2027). Three-layer auction design — Frequent Batch Auctions (FBA), Time/Depth-Weighted Liquidity (TWLD), and Quadratic Liquidity Incentives (QLI) — that eliminates front-runner speed advantages and whale dominance, paired with a sovereign hedge optimizer that minimizes Net Sovereign Balance variance against real EUA carbon data and FRED-sourced commodities. Single-command Dash app (5 tabs), multi-source live feed (yfinance/Binance/Frankfurter/Chainlink), pytest suite, Chainlink integration, and now deploys via Firebase Hosting (Spark plan, no Cloud Functions) or Render (render.yaml/Procfile/deploy.sh).
