ÜHÜAM — University Hospitals Excellence Accreditation

Dual-track accreditation system combining a production digital platform with a comprehensive 4-document design framework for a new accreditation model that fills the gap between JCI and TÜSKA by evaluating the triple mission (clinical care + education + research) of university hospitals.

NestJS modular monolith backend (10 modules, single deploy) on PostgreSQL (JSONB) + Redis + MinIO, with a React 18 + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind + Ant Design frontend. JWT access/refresh + TOTP MFA + 12-role RBAC. A dedicated methodology-protection layer keeps the proprietary 382-KPI scoring rubric server-side: field-level auth (scoring_rubric/weight/formula visible only to ÜHÜAM admin), progressive disclosure, server-rendered sensitive content, institution-specific watermarks, anti-scrape (rate-limit + proof-of-work + honeypot), and build-time control-flow obfuscation. Docker Compose for local infra; backend (:4000) and frontend (:5173) separated by one-command scripts.

Foundational design package — four ~50–80-page documents: design document (6 pillars + 1 cross-cutting, 382 KPIs, scoring, governance), full indicator library with detailed scoring guide, surveyor field handbook (5-day site visit program, tracer methodology, interview techniques, evidence hierarchy, 15 scenario decision guides, 12 appendices), and digital-platform technical specification (10-module architecture, NestJS/Postgres/MongoDB/K8s stack, KVKK + ISO 27001 security, FHIR/REST/GraphQL APIs, 32.5M TL dev + 11.7M TL/yr operating cost, 12-month / 20-person plan). 4-tier accreditation (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum), pilot 2027 Q3, first accreditations 2029.
